If we are unable to contact you using the information we have on file, we may need to decline a transaction or place a temporary block on your account. To avoid any inconvenience, we ask that you update your contact information and that you keep your phone numbers updated at all times. You may do this by coming into any Kentucky Telco branch or by logging into your e-Teller account and sending a secure message by clicking on Contact at the top right, then selecting new.
