Planning to use your SmartCash Visa Debit Card or Kentucky Telco Platinum Card while you travel?
Remember to contact us first so we can check for travel restrictions. If you are already vacationing and your SmartCash Debit Card transaction is declined, try the transaction again as a "Debit" and use your PIN. By using your PIN, you may be able to safeguard yourself from suspicious activity.
Also, it is always a good idea to carry at least two forms of payment when traveling, such as your SmartCash Visa Debit Card and your Kentucky Telco Visa Platinum, so that you have multiple payment options. Enjoy your travels!
